Cancellation Policy

If your child attended a one-time trial class, you can register your player in our program or not proceed. You do not need to pay anything if you do not join our program after this class.  If you register your player, pay, and decide not to participate in the program, we will return your money within ten days with a $25.00 processing fee. You must request your refund 48 hours before the first practice of the month or the season, and we’ll return your money. Please note the processed fee will be charged on all cancelations per session. Refunds will be provided by issuing a credit back onto your account when available.  Otherwise, refunds will be mailed by check. No refunds will be given for any reason once the classes or the season are started. For charter/home schools, this policy depends on the contract; we don't make refunds, but we do not submit them if you request cancellation at least 48 hours before the first practice of the month.
