PARENT'S COMMON QUESTIONS
1- Does this program accept children who have never played soccer before?
A- Yes. Our program is inclusive and accessible for all children from 4 to 14 years old.
2 - Can I get a refund if I register my player and decide not to participate in the program?
A- Yes. Please check the refund policy below.
3 - What are the methods of payment?
A-You can pay through our website by clicking HERE. You can also send the amount directly by your PayPal or Venmo account to coach@olesocceracaemy.pro. If you want to pay in cash, please get in touch with us.
4 - Is the uniform mandatory?
A - Yes. All of your players must wear the Ole t-shirt and comfortable shorts/pants. Shin guards are recommended as well. You can pay for the uniform by the same methods as you pay the monthly program fee.
5 - Is it safe to buy online?
A-We takes security very seriously. This is why we protect our customers with Software project security, and you can be sure your data is safe at all times. Your order is 100% secure. It is fully encrypted with a 256-bit SSL certificate, which all major banks use.
6 - Can I take pictures of my child during the practice?
Yes, you can. However, you should follow the protocols for safety described in the "Parent's Agreement."
7 - Is your services available for purchase on other websites?
A- We want to ensure your data is safe, so we put much effort into creating this secure website. This is the only place where you can book our classes at this special price.
8 - Can we get a makeup class if my child cannot attend one class?
Yes. You can schedule a makeup class by email at coach@olesocceracademy.pro or by phone/text at 925 202 4630. Please note we offer only one makeup class monthly, even if your child misses more than one class.
REFUND POLICY
We are confident that you will get the results you are expecting from our Academy.
We will refund your money only in particular situations. Here is what you need to do:
1. If your child attended a one-time trial class, you can register your player in our program or not proceed. You do not need to pay anything if you do not join our program after this class.
2. If you register your player, pay, and decide not to participate in the program, we will return your money within ten days with a $25.00 processing fee. You must request your refund 48 hours before the first practice of the month or the season, and we’ll return your money. Please note that the processed fee will be charged on all cancelations per session. Refunds will be provided by issuing a credit back onto your account when available. Otherwise, refunds will be mailed by check. No refunds will be given for any reason once the classes or the season are started.
For charter/home schools, this policy depends on the contract; we don't make refunds, but we do not submit the PO if you request cancellation at least 48 hours before the first practice of the month.

3. We do not return your money if you have already started the practices in the month. You can schedule up to one MAKEUP class per month in another batch through the link on the website.

This is not mandatory, but it would help our team create a more efficient service for you in the future. We strongly believe constant improvement is the key to success, and your feedback is greatly appreciated.
